JOB ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
⁃ Drive achievements of bank riskasset & liability target.
⁃ Achieve the minimum PAR as set bythe Board and not more than 5%
⁃ Monitor competition (acquisitions,price changes, new products and features)
⁃ Initiate customer retentionstrategies and behavior to determine customer personas for new markets.
⁃ Prepare, report & implementthe sales and marketing strategies for Board approvals.
⁃ Preparing and managing monthly,quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
⁃ Setting, monitoring and reportingon team goals
⁃ Coordinate sales and marketingactivities to boost brand awareness
⁃ Team performance monitoring &management
⁃ Management representative andliaison
⁃ Ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures
We are looking for a Management-level Sales executive to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives across the Bank and mid-market sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
