Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and assist with service-related requests.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
• A customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional attitude.
