Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern 

 

Role: HRBP Intern               Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)

Salary: 100,000 
Reports to: HR Business Partner or HR Manager 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support HRBP Team : Assist HR business partners with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.

     

  • HR Analytics : Help analyze HR data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement surveys, employee satisfaction) and provide insights to inform HR strategies.

     

  • Employee Engagement : Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and events to improve morale and strengthen company culture.

     

  • Talent Management : Assist with talent identification, succession planning, and the development of training and career growth opportunities for employees.

     

  • Onboarding & Offboarding : Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding processes for exiting employees.

     

  • Policy & Compliance : Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company standards.

     

  • Ad-hoc HR Projects : Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as organizational development, diversity and inclusion efforts, and change management initiatives.

     

Qualifications: 

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

     

  • Strong interest in learning about human resources and business partnership.

     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

     

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

     

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

     

  • Previous HR internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
