Reports to: HR Business Partner or HR Manager
Support HRBP Team : Assist HR business partners with day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
HR Analytics : Help analyze HR data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement surveys, employee satisfaction) and provide insights to inform HR strategies.
Employee Engagement : Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and events to improve morale and strengthen company culture.
Talent Management : Assist with talent identification, succession planning, and the development of training and career growth opportunities for employees.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding processes for exiting employees.
Policy & Compliance : Ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company standards.
Ad-hoc HR Projects : Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as organizational development, diversity and inclusion efforts, and change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning about human resources and business partnership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous HR internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
