Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products, services, and processes meet established standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability. With at least 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
•    Conduct routine inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
•    Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
•    Investigate and address quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
•    Document and maintain records of quality assurance activities, including audit findings and corrective actions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
•    Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
•    Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
•    1-3 years of experience in quality assurance 
•    Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•    Proficient in using quality management systems (QMS) and relevant software.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Familiarity with ISO standards or other industry certifications.
