Title: Results and Investment Intelligence Officer
Location: Abuja
Salary: 300 – 350k
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will support performance tracking, build a culture of timely delivery, and translate strategic plans into measurable outputs. This person will also facilitate periodic performance reviews, ensure reporting frameworks are functional, and help operational teams stay aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the implementation of project work plans, flagging missed targets or slippages.
• Track team-wide deliverables using digital tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Excel dashboards).
• Collect, clean, and verify activity data for reporting purposes.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly results dashboards and performance summaries.
• Support the development and updating of results frameworks, indicators, and logframes.
• Support implementation teams in developing and aligning to output and outcome indicators.
• Help translate strategic plans into specific measurable activities with milestones.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure documentation and results evidence are filed appropriately.
• Ensure all programs/projects comply with donor or organizational results expectations.
• Work with team leads to coordinate timelines and performance check-ins.
• Facilitate internal reflection sessions, reviews, and adaptive learning check-ins.
• Track the completion of internal deliverables (e.g., reports, dashboards, client submissions).
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. in Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in M&E, project tracking, program implementation, or performance management.
• Experience working with development organizations, consulting firms, or public/private sector advisory preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support a results-focused culture.
• Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with Theory of Change, logframe, and results-based management (RBM) approaches.
• Experience facilitating team performance check-ins or after-action reviews.
• Ability to translate data and reports into strategic insights.
