Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Telesales Representative to join our Retail Sales team. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, conduct engaging sales presentations, and close deals to meet your targets. Core Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients.
• Perform persuasive product demos and sales presentations via phone and online platforms.
• Close sales and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Manage, track, and follow up on leads to ensure ongoing sales opportunities.
• Provide regular activity reports and work with the Affiliate Sales team for cross-lead generation.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end sales transactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports to track progress and performance.
• Address customer queries promptly and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Serve as the primary contact for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to contribute to team goals and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc., HND, or OND in Sales, Marketing, Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role, with a proven record in telesales or similar fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the telecoms industry and Nigerian market dynamics.
• Knowledge of ICT products and services is a plus.
