Gr8Jobsng offers a 24 hour cancellation and refund policy for services we sell directly. If you decide you no longer want to purchase the service you placed an order for, send us a mail within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel and we will cancel it and refund the sum paid less bank and transaction fees.
After 24 hours, our cancellation and refund policy expires and cancellations and refunds are no longer covered. However, if you are dissatisfied with an order for any reason and the refund policy has expired, you can still contact us at customersupport@gr8jobsng.com and we will try to help if we can.
Subscription plans and services fulfilled by third parties are not covered by this cancellation and refund policy.
As Gr8Jobsng deals with HR services, deliveries and returns do not apply.
