• After I apply for a job what next?

  Once you have applied for a job, your application will be sent to the employer and if your CV Impresses the employer, the employer will contact you via information provided on your CV and invite you for an interview or test depending on their recruitment process. This time period will vary from employer to employer. To impress a potential employer, update your profile and CV, take one of our tests and upload your result along with your application, get more qualification with one of our trainings and keep up to date with our employability tips.

• Do I have to pay anything to get a job?

  Jobseeker applicants are not required to pay any fee to obtain a job. Any employer who requests payment to give a job should promptly be reported via our contact form and an investigation will be carried out.

• If I am not a premium candidate will I still get a job?

  Yes jobseekers who do not have a premium membership can still apply for a job and get the job. Employers may likely pick premium jobseekers first as they have access to tests and other stand out services that give them a better chance at securing the job.

• What is the best way to get a job on this site?

  The best way to get a job is to register, get a premium membership and take any of our numerous tests, keep up to date your profile, write and upload a well written CV, improve your qualification by getting appropriate trainings and apply for jobs you qualify for.

• I applied for a job last week how long do I have to wait to receive news on if I am successful?

  The employment process for employers differ and some take longer than others with no exact length of time. Once a role has been successfully filled, you will be notified to know the role is no longer available. In the meantime, we will advise that you keep applying to other jobs as they come.

• What tests will help me get a good job?

  Our tests are split into different learning/ job areas and levels. The tests specifically in line with the job role and position you are applying for or interested in will be most appropriate.
• Will you collect my first monthly salary as my job agent? 

We are not a job agency and will not collect your salary

• After Premium Subscription, What's Next?

After I have paid 2625 for premium subscription will I be guaranteed a job? Paying for premium subscription does not guarantee you a job but increases your chances when you have uploaded your video CV, done your reassessment test, uploaded a well written CV

• How much does it cost to download the Gr8Jobsng Mobile App?

  Our mobile app is FREE and can be downloaded on android phones, windows phones and blackberry phones. Iphone will soon be included.

• What happens to my old subscription if I want to upgrade?

  Subscription plans and their allowances do not roll over. It will be better advised to allow one plan to be exhausted before upgrading to another. If this is extremely important and the old plan had just been purchased, get in touch with our office directly via our customer service lines and an agent will work out a suitable solution.

• What will it cost me to advertise jobs?

  Job vacancy adverts are Free to all registered employers. Registrations are also free and the there is no limit to the number of vacancies an employer can post.

• How many candidates can apply for my job?

  There is no limit to the number of candidates that can apply for your job.

• How can I interview candidates from this site?

  There are two options available to interviewing candidates from this site. The first is after downloading the CV’s of the candidates you are impressed by, you invite them for and interview them directly. The second is that you request our recruitment specialists to source and interview candidates on your behalf. The candidates will be put through a series of tests and only the best candidates will be sent to you for final choice.

• What tools are available to me to help with my recruitment?

  There are various services available to employers to assist with recruitment and these include:

  1. Recruitment service: where our recruitment specialists help you recruit your desired candidate.
  2. Job advert: advertise your vacancies on our platform and get candidates to apply for your job.
  3. Jobseeker profile views: search and view candidates’ profiles with a unique search engine to narrow your search to match your exact criteria.
  4. Download CV: download the CV’s of the candidates who match your search to view contact details.
  5. Pre-employment Tests: our wide range of test subjects and levels will help you test your potential employees to get the best suited and qualified candidates. The tests can be used on an unlimited number of candidates.
  6. Verification services: know who you are hiring and verify all details provided by the candidate for authenticity and know the true employment history and employability status.
  7. Other services: view all other services available when you register as an employer and review our subscription package services as well as standalone services.

• I am not able to view candidate’s profiles anymore what can be the problem?

  If you are unable to view candidate’s profiles, you may have exhausted your monthly allowance for profile views. If this has occurred, you will have to either wait till the month of your subscription is over to begin a new (free) subscription or you will have to purchase a new subscription plan.

• I want to order a customized training for my employees how can I do this?

  You can do this via our request a customized training inside the employer profile page and one of our customer service agents will be in touch with you.

PTI’s

• I have more courses to upload than my subscription allows what can I do?

  Once you have exhausted the courses you can post with your current subscription, you will have to purchase another plan to upload more courses.

• How can I directly invite participants to my training?

  Gr8Jobsng invites candidates to apply for trainings that are in line with their learning area and business areas once a PTI uploads such a course.

• I own a training company and would like to register as a PTI how can I do this?

  Gr8Jobsng is only accepting registrations from Professional training institutions at this point such as educational bodies, professional bodies and the like.

• How can participants make payment on your site for my courses?

  Gr8Jobsng at this point is only accepting payment for U-Connect courses on its platform. Payment to other PTI’s may be considered at a later date.
