Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP, Corporate Finance/Investment Banking professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts. This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to support corporate finance initiatives and investment banking mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financial strategies and investment opportunities.
•    Lead and execute complex financial transactions, including capital raises, debt and equity issuances, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory services, and underwriting.
•    Conduct financial due diligence, financial modeling, and in-depth financial analysis to support transaction execution.
•    Prepare and present pitch materials, prospectuses, information memorandums, investor presentations, and other transaction-related documentation.
•    Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to deal origination and business development strategies.
•    Manage, mentor, and train junior team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
•    Support the execution of corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
•    Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed financial advisory services.

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
•    MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is an added advantage.
•    Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA are highly desirable.
•    Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or deal advisory (Big 4 experience is an advantage).
