Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our real estate organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting while driving financial strategies that support growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, and capital management.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and long-term growth.
•    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business objectives.
•    Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
•    Lead capital management efforts, including financing, debt structuring, and investor relations.
•    Analyze real estate investments, acquisitions, and development projects to ensure optimal financial performance.
•    Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.
•    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow management.
•    Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
•    Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
•    Oversee accounting and finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
•    Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in real estate.
•    Strong knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and capital markets.
•    Expertise in financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to develop financial models and perform complex financial analysis.
•    Strong negotiation skills and experience in structuring real estate transactions.
•    Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
