Job Title: Corporate Sales Trainee Associate

The Corporate Sales Trainee Associate manages an assigned business portfolio, including existing and prospective accounts within a defined territory/region. The role focuses on revenue protection and growth, securing new business, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
Meet agreed revenue growth goals within specified timeframes.
Manage accounts and drive cold calls to secure new business.
Ensure smooth client transitions and address customer complaints promptly.
Work with support teams to maintain SLAs and provision new business within timelines.
Share knowledge and contribute to team success by fostering collaboration.
Develop a deeper understanding of client needs and value propositions.

Adhere to company values, policies, and local statutory requirements, acting ethically and responsibly.

Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
0–2 years post-NYSC (minimum).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused, action-oriented, innovative, resilient, results-driven, and aligned with company vision.
