Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Experience in the Telecommunication industry is a must.
The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales growth of retail products (Fiber Optic Services) by recruiting new subscribers, developing relationships with stakeholders (e.g., estate managers), winning back churned customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate and close sales independently.
• Maintain a daily list of 10 unique prospects and submit reports.
• Conduct route mapping and cold calls to potential customers.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and first point of contact.
• Address customer feedback and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Submit weekly sales reports.
• Work collaboratively with team members and attend weekly meetings.
• Participate in sales training and maintain professional conduct.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Knowledge of communication networks and sales techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telecom or FMCG sales, with knowledge of the retail market and competitors.
