Job Title: Front Desk
Salary: 80,000-120,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Admiralty Way.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage our front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors,
ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Green and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
• Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly or escalate them as needed.
• Ensure the security of the front office area by monitoring visitor access.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in any related field.
• 2-3 years in a similar front desk or customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
