Job Summary
We seek a Medical Provider Support Officer to coordinate hospital claims, ensure timely processing, and maintain strong provider relationships. Candidates must have a BNSC, completed NYSC, and be under 35 years old. Shift flexibility required.

Responsibilities
• Ensures the providers submit their claims on time
• Follow up with the claims unit on all submitted claims for the month and ensure timely processing and payment.
• Follows up on all provider claims appeal from the region
• Responsible for general administrational support.
• Assists the unit head on all other operation matters
• Liaising regularly with the HMO coordinators and medical directors of the hospital to ensure good rapport and to gain trust.
• Collaboration with the call center team to ensure that authorization requests from providers are approved promptly
• Ensure that the quality of healthcare rendered is not compromised, give reports to the quality assurance desk
• Promote cordial relationship between Health Care Providers and enrollees
• Ensure that Health Care Providers comply with the agreement reached with Mansard Health plans concerning billing and quality of medical care
• Prepare monthly reports on medical operations, utilization reports from the zone with recommendations for the Group Head

Work Schedule/ Shift details 
•  8:00am - 5:00pm, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 5:00pm - 8:00am (will periodically include Night/ Weekend / Public Holiday Duties)
