We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficiency across the payments value chain, and supporting the organization's mission to innovate and expand in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Develop and maintain metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement across payment channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor transaction trends and operational KPIs, providing insights to guide decision-making.

• Support the development of operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance and recommend actionable solutions.

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges and drive resolution initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,
Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, preferably in the
financial services or payments industry.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with the payments value chain and omni-channel payment solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
