We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to join our client's team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and vendor relations. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely acquisition of quality materials and services while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support business objectives.
•    Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality materials.
•    Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
•    Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
•    Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
•    Work closely with internal departments, including operations and finance, to align procurement activities with business needs.
•    Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and mitigate supply chain risks.
•    Implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and sustainability.
•    Prepare reports and forecasts related to procurement activities.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
•    Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
•    Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•    Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•    Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an advantage.
