The Relationship Manager, HNI Sector- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role requires a deep understanding of the financial needs of HNIs, the ability to provide customized financial solutions, and the drive to achieve deposit mobilization and portfolio growth targets. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-driven professional with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills, capable of representing the organization confidently and professionally.

Responsibilities
•    Identify, prospect, and onboard new HNI clients using a proactive and strategic approach.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing HNI clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and expectations exceeded.
•    Actively monitor market trends and client preferences to tailor offerings and enhance client experience.
•    Conduct in-depth financial analyses and risk assessments to develop customized financial planning, investment, and advisory solutions for each client.
•    Provide insights and recommendations on a wide range of financial products, including deposits, loans, investments, and portfolio management services.
•    Collaborate with internal departments such as investment, risk, and operations teams to structure client portfolios effectively.
•    Monitor client portfolio performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement or reallocation to ensure growth and risk mitigation.
•    Leverage personal and professional networks to identify potential HNI prospects and expand the client base.
•    Establish connections with influential individuals such as public officers, business executives, and celebrities to enhance business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or HNI relationship management.
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
•    Proven track record in deposit mobilization, risk asset creation, and managing high-value client portfolios.
•    Proficiency in financial planning, investment products, and risk management strategies.
•    Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence high-profile individuals.
•    Exceptional networking skills, with an extroverted and confident demeanor.
•    Strong analytical and decision-making skills to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
•    Strong knowledge of local financial markets and regulations.
