The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, offering solutions, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also assist with inventory management and store organization.

Key Responsibilities

•    Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
•    Offer product recommendations and provide accurate information about features, benefits, and pricing.
•    Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
•    Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
•    Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
•    Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
•    Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
•    Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
•    Participate in stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
•    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas.
•    Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and sales processes.
•    Support promotional events and campaigns as needed.

Qualifications
•    Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
•    Sales-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
•    A team player who is customer-focused and detail-oriented.
•    Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•    Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise may be required.
