Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote and sell our range of toilet wares and bathroom fittings.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives by actively closing deals and upselling products.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of our products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or related industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
