Role: Social Media Manager

We are a consulting firm, seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices, as well as strong communication and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility
- Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve social media presence
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and collaboration opportunities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or related role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms
