Job Summary
The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition will spearhead the recruitment team and develop innovative strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization maintains a strong workforce by meeting its staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to deliver on hiring objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract high-performing talent.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and present insights to improve hiring efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent pools and external recruitment partners.

Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
